Social Anxiety can be a pain in the behind and cannot only affect you but it can also affect your loved ones who want you to go to their events, but can't understand.  Most of the time you don't want to hear it from those who have experienced the turmoil of the anxiety at least once.

One thing you do know is that you can't let anxiety or any illness for that manner to affect you in a way in which you are not enjoying life as you usually would; or how your loved ones would like for you too.


HOW DO YOU KNOW IF 

YOU HAVE SOCIAL ANXIETY?

There are several ways that you can tell you have any form of anxiety, especially social anxiety.  Now I'm no doctor, but just having to go through this enough myself, unfortunately, I've experienced enough to give decent advice.


  • If you become very anxious about being around others and have a hard time talking to others; but wish you could. 
  •  If you start to worry for days about an event that is coming up in a few weeks.
  • If you feel a tad bit embarrassed in front of other people
  • If you become very self-conscious that others will judge you.
  • You have a hard time making and keeping friends
  • Feel sick to the stomach around other people.

  • These are just some of the signs of social anxiety, there happen to be many more.  Let me part with you do not want this to get worse and control every aspect of your life, even the way that you pay the bills.  It has happened to millions of people.  Get a grasp on it now.
